It’s not often that I open with a photo. But look, just look!!!!
Color Club have really raised the bar in regards to holo polishes. This is Cloud Nine from their 2012 Halo Hues collection. I can’t believe it took me so long to get this polish. It is just so pretty and so, so holo.
Two coats and the formula was perfect. I even wore a top coat with no issues.
