I think I need to purge my stash of all my dupes of this shade of pink:
This is Let Me in Pink by Essence, two coats.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a pretty colour, I just have serious deja vu right now. It’s too similar to other pinks in my stash and there’s nothing unique about it.
So what did I do? I covered it in glitter:
(Deliberately blurry to show off the pretty holo glitter).
I immediately regretted doing this. I felt like a ten year old. It was just too much.
There was a lot of pretty glitter in this polish, all holo bar glitter, micro glitter, larger glitter particles and even some stars (although I got one star out of the whole bottle). It just looked wrong on me. By the second day it grew on me just a little, but only enough for me to stop wanting to saw my fingers off.
Are there some glitters you just feel you can’t pull off?
