The Gregory Brothers have a channel on You Tube and they auto tune the news. They literally take news reports and auto tune them and make a song out of them.

This is one of my favourites, and one of the most popular.

 

This is so freakin’ smart. It would have taken so long to do and I can’t believe people even have the brain capacity to think of stuff like this!!!

 

It just makes me laugh. And how can that be bad!?

It’s time for the Almost Friday Funny Video!

I cheated a bit, because this isn’t a funny video, I just really wanted you guys to see it.

My partner introduced me to Ray William Johnson’s YouTube channel, and we watch it religiously every Tuesday and Friday (Aussie time). This guy, Ray, reviews viral videos and he’s hilarious. He gets millions of views on YouTube.

He also has a “band”. They’re called Your Favourite Martian and they have their own YouTube channel too.

 

They are amazing. Seriously, the graphics, the music, everything is totally amazing. This is my favourite of theirs, Orphan Tears.

I can’t believe I forgot to do this last week! Don’t worry, this week’s won’t disappoint.

I just can’t stop thinking about how much money that would have cost to make and how bad it is for them … I’ve heard they’re sponsored and get money to make these videos, but it doesn’t solve the problem of the grease clogging up their arteries and killing them before they turn 40 …

BYS Pink Manicure

Behold, naked nails!

Something you won’t see too often. In fact, my partner comments every time he does see it

 

Yesterday’s mani was BYS Pink Manicure. I had high hopes for this polish being a pretty, feminine, interview-safe colour. Well, meh. It was okay. It was really hard to apply, streaky as hell and took three coats to get anywhere near the bottle colour. It’s still not 100% but I just lost patience with it.

It is a pretty colour, but it doesn’t suit me. It brings out the red in my fingers, yuck. It also took ages to dry, even with my Orly Sec n’ Dry top coat over it. I got a couple of wrinkles which I tried to smooth out and failed. Meh, it did the job in my interview because I kicked ass and I’m pretty sure the job is mine. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself.

 

Look at the pretty roses on my thumbnail! My friend Amanda is a professional nail technician and has recently learnt folk art for nails. Looks awesome!
